1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hyderabad Startup Map (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About the Platform

Hyderabad Startup Map is an independent directory and interactive map that lists startups with operations or offices in Hyderabad / Telangana. We do not endorse, fund, or guarantee any startup listed on the Platform.

3. Submitting a Startup

  • You may submit a startup by providing its name, website, contact email, and whether it has a physical office in Hyderabad.
  • You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
  • We reserve the right to accept, reject, edit, or remove any submission at our sole discretion without notice.
  • Submission does not guarantee listing or any form of promotion.

4. Promotion / Boost Feature

  • You may purchase a temporary “Boost” to increase the visibility of a listed startup.
  • Boosted startups appear approximately 2× larger and display a continuous pulse animation on their border.
  • Pricing is based on the number of days selected and is shown at the time of purchase.
  • Boosts are non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable law.
  • We may modify or discontinue the Boost feature at any time.

5. Payments

All payments for Boosts are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, code, and content (excluding user-submitted startup data) are owned by us. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially exploit the directory without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is”. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any listing. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information found on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
